How Much Does a Website Cost in Lebanon? (2026 Prices)

"How much will my website cost?" is the first question almost every business owner in Lebanon asks us. The honest answer is that it depends on what the website has to do, but the ranges are predictable. This guide explains them in plain terms, with the prices we charge at CeevTech in 2026, so you can budget before you talk to anyone.

Quick answer

  • Simple business website (up to 5 pages): from $200, ready in 1–2 weeks.
  • Complete company website (up to 15 pages, custom design, CMS and blog): from $600, ready in 3–5 weeks.
  • Online store or web application (accounts, orders, bookings, dashboards): from $1,000, quoted on the exact features.
  • Larger systems (ERP, multi-branch platforms, integrations): quoted after a short discovery call.

All prices are in US dollars and include a mobile-first design and the basic SEO setup Google needs to index the site.

What actually changes the price

1. The number and type of pages

A five-page site (Home, About, Services, Gallery, Contact) is quick to build. Every extra page type (a product page, a project page, a team page) needs its own layout and content, so the price rises with the variety of pages, not just the count.

2. Custom design or a template

A template is cheaper and faster. A custom design is drawn for your brand, which matters if you compete on image (fashion, real estate, architecture, hospitality). Both can look professional; the question is how much you need to stand out.

3. Who updates the content

If you want to add products, projects or blog posts yourself, the site needs a content management system (CMS) with an admin panel. That is included in our complete website package.

4. Online payments and orders

An online store needs a product catalogue, cart, checkout, order management and delivery zones. In Lebanon most stores also need cash on delivery and WhatsApp ordering, and many want card payments. This is why stores start at the web-application level.

5. Languages

An Arabic version is not a translation of words only; the layout has to flip right-to-left. Plan for it from the start, because adding it later costs more.

6. Hosting, domain and email

A .com domain is about $10–15 per year. Hosting depends on traffic; most business sites run on shared hosting for a modest yearly fee. Ask whether your quote includes the first year, and make sure the domain is registered in your name.

Hidden costs to ask about before you sign

  • Domain ownership. If the agency registers the domain under its own account, you depend on it forever.
  • Content. Who writes the text and supplies the photos? Delays usually come from missing content, not from development.
  • Changes after launch. Is there a support period? What does an hour of changes cost after that?
  • Speed and SEO. A beautiful site that loads slowly on a phone loses visitors. Ask for a mobile speed test before handover.
  • Backups and security updates, especially for WordPress sites, which break when plugins update unattended.

Why cheap websites often cost more

A $100 site built on a pirated theme, hosted on an unknown server, with the domain in someone else's name, is the most expensive website you can buy: you pay again when it breaks, gets hacked or has to be rebuilt to rank on Google. Spend a little more once, on a site you own and can grow.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Projects are normally split into a deposit to start and the balance at launch; larger projects are split by milestone.

Do you build the website in Arabic too?

Yes, in Arabic and English, with a proper right-to-left layout for Arabic.

How long does a website take?

1–2 weeks for a simple site, 3–5 weeks for a complete website, longer for stores and web apps. Getting the content ready early is the best way to speed things up.
