No. It covers a handful of common, automatically detectable issues. Things like colour contrast and keyboard navigation still need a manual review.
How does it decide a form field has a label?
A field counts as labelled if a <label for="..."> matches its id, or it has an aria-label or aria-labelledby attribute. Hidden fields and submit or button inputs are ignored.
