How is the speed grade calculated?
It is based on the response time: under 200 ms is A, under 500 ms is B, under 1 second is C, and anything slower is D.
Does it measure Core Web Vitals like LCP or CLS?
No. It does not render the page in a browser. It measures how long CeevTech's server takes to fetch the HTML, and counts resources referenced in that HTML.
