Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new brokerage gets one 30-day free trial with full access. To keep using the app after the trial, the brokerage subscribes to a plan.
How long does it take to set up?
CeevTech creates your private workspace, adds your insurers and lines of business, and walks your team through the app. Tell us how many clients and policies you have and we will agree the timing with you.
Is my client data private?
Yes. Each brokerage has its own isolated workspace, and only people you invite can sign in, each with a mobile number and a one-time SMS code. Data travels over HTTPS and is never shared between brokerages.
Which insurance companies does it work with?
Any insurer you deal with. You add the insurance companies you work with, and the app tracks settlements and commissions per company.
Does it work without internet?
CeevTech Brokers is a cloud system, so it needs an internet connection to sync. Because the data lives in your workspace and not on one phone, you can open the same portfolio from the Android app or from the web app at the office.
Is there an iPhone (App Store) version?
The App Store version is coming soon. Until then, iPhone users can use the web app in Safari at brokers.ceevtech.com, with the same data as the Android app.
Does it support Arabic?
Yes. The whole app is available in Arabic and English, and you can switch at any time.
Can several people in my brokerage use it?
Yes. Team members get their own sign-in and a role: owner, manager, data entry or viewer. Each person sees what their role allows.
Can it send renewal reminders to my clients?
Yes. Renewal and payment reminders are sent by SMS, and you receive a notification every morning with the renewals, payments and tasks that are due.
Does it handle USD and LBP?
Yes. You can record receipts, settlements and commissions in USD or LBP. The exchange rate is frozen on each transaction, so your history stays accurate when the rate changes.
